As a dedicated birth doula, Doula Lexi is passionate about supporting families during one of the most transformative moments of their lives. Her approach is rooted in compassion, evidence-based practices, and a holistic understanding of the physiological and emotional aspects of birth. She believes in creating a safe and nurturing environment where the birthing individual feels empowered and supported. Doula Lexi's goal is for each birther to have a positive birth experience by respecting each person's unique journey and preferences. She provides continuous personalized support, helping you navigate the challenges of labour and birth with confidence and grace.

Newborn Feeding

Education in Preparation for Breastfeeding or Formula Feeding.
Doula Lexi provides non-judgmental support, education and guidance for new mothers whether you are planning on breastfeeding or have made the decision to formula feed. Bottle recommendations, when to use a pacifier, feeding positions, and colostrum collection are all topics covered in this class, plus more. With a focus on empowering mothers with grace and knowledge, Doula Lexi aims to support you through this part of your journey in parenthood with compassion and grace. Doula Lexi, a Certified Child Passenger Safety Technician, offers comprehensive education in car seat safety, specializing in safe car transportation, correct car seat installation and how to fit your infant for their car seat. Doula Lexi focuses on empowering parents with grace and guidance through pregnancy and beyond, ensuring that parents have the knowledge, resources and support they need to keep their little ones safe on the road.
