Meet Doula Lexi
As a dedicated birth doula and NICU doula, Doula Lexi is passionate about supporting families during one of the most transformative moments of their lives. Her approach is rooted in compassion, evidence-based practices, and a holistic understanding of the physiological and emotional aspects of birth. She believes in creating a safe and nurturing environment where the birthing individual feels empowered and supported. Doula Lexi's goal is for each birther to have a positive birth experience by respecting each person's unique journey and preferences. She provides continuous personalized support, helping you navigate the challenges of labour and birth with confidence and grace.

Welcoming a new baby is meant to be a tender and joyful time, but when your little one needs the NICU (Neonatal Intensive Care Unit), the journey can feel overwhelming, lonely, and filled with unknowns. As a trained NICU Doula, Doula Lexi will walk alongside you and your family during this season -- offering guidance, comfort, and connection when you need it most.
Doula Lexi will provide:

Emotional Support - A calm and compassionate presence to hold space for your feelings, your questions, and your hopes.

Practical Guidance - Helping you navigate medical updates, understand NICU routines, and find your voice in advocating for your baby's care.

Continuity of care - Whether your NICU stay is days or months, Doula Lexi will walk with you through the ups and downs, offering steady reassurance and resources.
Every NICU story is unique. Doula Lexi's role is to meet you exactly where you are -- whether that is sitting quietly beside you, answering late night questions, celebrating milestones, or simply reminding you that you are not alone in this journey
Your baby is cared for by a skilled medical team. Doula Lexi's role is to care for you so you feel seen, supported, and strengthened during your NICU experience.
Group Prenatal Classes
$395 + GST
Doula Lexi proudly serves as a Prenatal Instructor with Birth By Bloom. She is honored to walk alongside families as they learn, grow, and prepare for labor, birth and the immediate postpartum time. Our classes are designed to be informative, empowering and create community -- helping each family feel prepared not only for labor, but for the beautiful transition into parenthood.

Newborn Feeding
Class
$200 (2hrs)
Education in Preparation for Breastfeeding or Formula Feeding.
Doula Lexi provides non-judgmental support, education and guidance for new mothers whether you are planning on breastfeeding or have made the decision to formula feed. Bottle recommendations, when to use a pacifier, feeding positions, and colostrum collection are all topics covered in this class, plus more. With a focus on empowering mothers with grace and knowledge, Doula Lexi aims to support you through this part of your journey in parenthood with compassion and grace. Car Seat Technician Services

Doula Lexi, a Certified Child Passenger Safety Technician, offers comprehensive education in car seat safety, specializing in safe car transportation, correct car seat installation and how to fit your infant for their car seat. Doula Lexi focuses on empowering parents with grace and guidance through pregnancy and beyond, ensuring that parents have the knowledge, resources and support they need to keep their little ones safe on the road.
